- Maintain brand integrity and service excellence across all sales channels.
- Encourage knowledge-sharing and collaboration among internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors.
- Uphold high standards for deliverables, focusing on visual presentation, branding, and user experience.
- Research and disseminate creative product placement examples on various platforms.
- Promote the company's standing as a leader in sales.
- A strong and ambitious work ethic.

- Post-secondary education.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within a dealer network or the hardscape/building material sector (either selling or installation).
- Proven experience in developing sales action plans, analyzing sales reports, organizing events, and fostering customer relationships.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for training and meetings.
- This position is home office-based, requiring daily face-to-face meetings. Proximity to the Northern California South Bay area is essential.
- Overnight travel may be necessary for sales and training purposes.
