Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Aksa Power Generation USA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, experience in sales, preferably in B2B businesses, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Experience in sales, preferably in B2B businesses
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Education/Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field

Travel:

  • 15-20% domestic and abroad
  • South America (Conosur Region: Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay)

Software Knowledge:

  • MS Office is a must
  • SAP knowledge preferred but not required
