Job Description
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize efficiency, enhance productivity, and ensure seamless business operations across all departments. Your deep understanding of the insurance industry, strong leadership skills, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in driving our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve customer service within the insurance brokerage.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, and customer support.
* Establish performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Regularly monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
* Extensive experience (8+ years) in operational management within the insurance industry, preferably as an insurance broker.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex operational functions, driving process improvements, and achieving operational targets.
* In-depth knowledge of insurance brokerage operations, underwriting processes, claims management, and policy administration.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
* Familiarity with insurance regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
* Proficiency in utilizing technology and automation tools to optimize operations.
