Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and improve customer service. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, establishing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy Development: Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve customer service within our insurance brokerage.">
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.">
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with risk management teams to identify and mitigate operational risks.">
  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to operational teams, including underwriters, claims processors, policy administrators, and customer service representatives.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.">
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in operational management within the insurance industry, preferably as an insurance broker.">
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex operational functions, driving process improvements, and achieving operational targets.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.">
