As a key member of the Johns Hopkins HealthCare team, the Senior Program Administrator will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of population health initiatives. This dynamic role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in healthcare administration and a passion for driving continuous process improvement.

Reporting to the Office of Population Health, the Senior Program Administrator will be responsible for leading programs and projects that align with the organization's population health objectives. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing strategic plans, and monitoring progress to ensure successful outcomes.

One of the key focus areas for this role is cost and utilization reduction projects. The Senior Program Administrator will work closely with hospital leaders, medical groups, and school of medicine departments to develop and deploy interventions that drive value-based care and care transformation.

Key requirements for this role include a Master's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Health Economics, or a related field. Previous experience managing entire programs and projects within the Population Health/Healthcare/Insurance sectors is highly desirable. Additionally, exposure to the Maryland Total Cost of Care model is a plus.
