About the Role

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot issues, and implement energy-saving measures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes to prevent future problems.
  • Implement energy-saving measures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment is properly maintained and extended its lifespan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless building operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
