About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing a variety of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facilities and manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify root causes
  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including welding and fabrication
  • Work with conveyor, pumping, hydraulic, and compressed air systems
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of maintenance experience
  • Journeyman certificate in a mechanical trade (preferred)
  • State of Washington Driver's license
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, hydraulics/pneumatics, and building-related repairs
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance, installations, diagnose/repair, and troubleshoot equipment
