About the Role

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your primary focus will be on monitoring, maintaining, and repairing these systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless building operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement energy management programs to reduce energy consumption and costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, facilities management) preferred.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in building operations, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as energy management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials, as well as work at heights and in confined spaces.
