Job Summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling internal complaints, conducting investigations, and advising stakeholders on Employee Relations best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal investigations and resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Advise stakeholders on Employee Relations best practices and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Partner with the Legal Department to respond to lawsuits and agency claims
  • Draft and revise HR policies and procedures, and provide interpretation and guidance to HR and the business
  • Support and lead various HR projects, including change management initiatives
  • Analyze data and develop reporting and papers to support investigations and Employee Relations activities
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, or equivalent experience in Employee Relations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in conducting internal investigations and resolving workplace conflicts
  • Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Office and data analysis
  • Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and strong attention to detail
