Job Summary:

The Client Relations Specialist plays a vital role in the FamilyWorks team, fostering strong relationships with clients, staff, and community partners. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and community partners
  • Provide administrative support to the FamilyWorks team, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Assist with program enrollments, client assessments, and trainings
  • Conduct client screenings to evaluate need for immediate intervention and facilitate referrals to community services
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals and families experiencing crisis
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including securing space, arranging for refreshments, and confirming participant reservations
  • Prepare documents, reports, and other materials to communicate information and create documentation

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with training or education in administrative functions
  • One year of experience in administrative support, preferably in a service-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic level skills in MS Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of community resources and local community and population

Work Environment:

The Client Relations Specialist works in an office environment, with occasional outdoor work and travel within the City and suburban areas. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support.
