Key Responsibilities- Foster a positive work environment that embodies our company's values and culture.
- Promote a customer-centric culture that delivers superior guest service and builds long-lasting relationships.
- Interpret and apply company policies and procedures related to employee relations matters.
- Liaise with team members and managers to resolve employee relations issues.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Assist with employment separations and EEO-1 reporting.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Consult with legal and senior leadership on employment law matters.
- Assist with team member programs and events.
- 3-5 years of experience in employee and labor relations.
- Casino industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead, influence, and coach for success.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary Illinois State Gaming licensing.
