Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of labor relations and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive work environment that embodies our company's values and culture.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture that delivers superior guest service and builds long-lasting relationships.
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures related to employee relations matters.
  • Liaise with team members and managers to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Assist with employment separations and EEO-1 reporting.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Consult with legal and senior leadership on employment law matters.
  • Assist with team member programs and events.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee and labor relations.
  • Casino industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and coach for success.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary Illinois State Gaming licensing.
