Key Responsibilities


As a Front Desk Agent, your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and completing check-in procedures efficiently.
  • Facilitating guest departures by managing check-out processes accurately.
  • Handling cash transactions and maintaining precise records of guest accounts.
  • Responding to inquiries regarding reservations and hotel services, utilizing effective communication skills.
  • Operating the PBX system to manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while assisting guests with their needs.
Qualifications


To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
  • Experience in customer service and a basic understanding of hospitality operations.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements


This position requires:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and the ability to lift items up to 25 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using computers and standard office equipment.
