Field Resources Inspector Job Overview
The Field Resources Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of field inspection reporting. This position involves the completion of various documents, forms, and data collection, which may include electronic, hard, or soft copies. The Inspector will execute specific inspection services as directed by the local Foreman or Supervisor, either independently or collaboratively with other team members based on the task requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
The Field Resources Inspector is tasked with conducting a variety of job site inspections, including but not limited to TremCare, Job Site, QA, and QA Plus inspections. The Inspection Technician is responsible for daily evaluations concerning safety, efficiency, and quality in relation to inspection services.

Safety is paramount and will be integrated into every discussion, meeting, and project.

Essential Duties:
1. Perform inspection services in a timely and professional manner, adhering to conduct, appearance, and communication standards.
2. Ensure all necessary job information is completed promptly using the designated tools and resources.
3. Maintain familiarity with all types of low slope roofing systems and the Tremco product line, including proper applications.
4. Review and confirm all scheduled work orders.
5. Execute all safety-related activities using the tools mandated by Tremco.
6. Document work phases through photography.
7. Conduct Job Site Inspections by:
- Reading and understanding project specifications.
- Verifying materials for compliance with specifications, type, and proper storage.
- Collaborating with the Foreman during roof inspections.
- Observing and documenting all ongoing work.

The hourly compensation for this position typically ranges from $20 to $33, depending on the qualifications of the applicant, operational needs, and other legally permissible considerations.
