Job Title: Rail Car Watering SpecialistJob Summary
The Rail Car Watering Specialist is tasked with the essential duties of watering and cleaning the windows of passenger rail cars in accordance with established train schedules. This role requires strict adherence to corporate policies, health and safety regulations, and compliance with all relevant guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Execute watering of trains, window cleaning, and collection of waste materials.
- Perform general labor tasks related to equipment and facility maintenance.
- Follow Drummac's code of conduct and operational guidelines.
- Ensure cleanliness and security in areas surrounding waste disposal units.
- Notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions or issues.
- Utilize necessary personal protective equipment and maintain a focus on safety.
- High School Diploma or an equivalent credential.
- Experience in custodial services is preferred.
- Successful completion of all pre-employment assessments.
- Valid driver's license is required.
The starting compensation for Rail Car Watering Specialist positions is competitive, with additional benefits available for full-time employees, including comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans. Employees also earn Paid Time Off based on hours worked.
