Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations on meat products.
  • Cut, trim, prepare, and package meats for sale, ensuring high-quality and freshness.
  • Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work area within the meat department.
  • Weigh, wrap, label, and price meats to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage.
  • Ensure displays and signage are accurate and attractive within the department.
  • Perform quality inspections on meats and other products to ensure freshness.
  • Clean and maintain all tools and equipment within the department.
  • Cooperate with the meat department team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation controls.
  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure the overall success of our company.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Previous experience as a Meat Wrapper (2+ years) is required.
  • Complete a pre-employment background check.
