We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter Specialist to join our team at Rosauers Supermarkets. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the highest quality products are available to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome and greet customers, answer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
  • Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, prepare, and package meats for sale.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure displays and signage are accurate and attractive, and perform quality inspections on meats and other products.
  • Team Collaboration: Cooperate with the meat department team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation controls, clean and maintain tools and equipment, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be 18+ years or older.
  • Complete a pre-employment background check.
  • Previous experience as a Meat Wrapper (2+ years).
