About the Job

We are looking for a reliable and organized temporary office assistant to join our team at Nationwide Jewish NFP in San Francisco.

This part-time position requires assistance with administrative tasks, including supply ordering, meeting space reservations, and data entry.

The selected candidate will work 2 days a week, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a specific evening commitment on December 12th until 8:30pm.

We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Reserving and coordinating meeting spaces
  • Processing invoices and tracking payments
  • Coordinating events and ordering food
  • Updating databases and researching information
  • Managing RSVPs and correspondence
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Lexis/Nexis, Raisers Edge)
  • Physical ability to lift light objects (up to 25 pounds)
