Office Operations Coordinator

FCC is a community-driven organization providing multilingual education and support programs to ensure children and families can thrive. This role plays a critical part in supporting our mission by maintaining the smooth operation of our offices.
Job DescriptionThis position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using Office 365 and the MS Office Suite, with experience in data entry, accounting, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and improve systems for organization and archiving, and file documents as needed
- Support employee recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as tracking of staff certifications
- Assist with the agency's enrollment processes, including enrollment paperwork, collecting payments, communicating with subsidized agencies, data entry, required reports, and requests for documentation
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of work with administrative and bookkeeping/financial duties in a professional office setting
- Experience with Salesforce, Form Assembly, DocuSign, and bilingual language skills (English and Cantonese or Spanish) strongly preferred
