We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Slalom. As a key member of our Office Operations Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and guests, including coordinating office events, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling, room preparation, and catering arrangements
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, processing mail, and maintaining accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming workspace, including purchasing and restocking office supplies
  • Liaise with property management to resolve any issues or concerns related to the office space

**Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required (2+ years of office administration or similar)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional communicator with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and Zoom and Slack
  • Ability to lift and move 25 pounds

**Compensation and Benefits

Slalom offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
