Job DescriptionAs an Office Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to our staff and clients
- Managing daily and monthly invoicing processes
- Coordinating office operations and ensuring a smooth workflow
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Highly developed PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of business and management principles
$60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
