Job Description

As an Office Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to our staff and clients
  • Managing daily and monthly invoicing processes
  • Coordinating office operations and ensuring a smooth workflow
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Highly developed PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
Salary Information

$60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
