As a key member of our Federal Occupational Health (FOH) staff, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the efficient delivery of services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience working in a medical or office management setting. You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing office files, preparing and typing various documents, and providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our staff.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build effective relationships with our clients and colleagues. You will also be able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off, and an annual bonus.
