Job Summary: As an Office Manager at Emendata, LLC, you will play a critical role in creating a productive office environment for our teams. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing office operations, providing administrative support, organizing company events, supporting business development efforts, and facilitating employee onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office needs, including coordinating with vendors, ordering/stocking supplies, answering employee questions, and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist Emendata's management and research teams by building/improving processes for addressing administrative tasks.
  • Organize Company Events/Activities: Plan and coordinate social and work-focused events for staff (e.g., holiday party, trainings).
  • Support Company Policies/Procedures: Help develop, document, implement, communicate, and maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Support Business Development Efforts: Assist with processes, outreach, and coordination related to contracts and business development.
  • Facilitate Employee Onboarding: Coordinate programs for recruiting, onboarding, and training, and help orient new employees.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This position is full-time onsite in San Francisco. To be considered, applicants must have the ability to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, all qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for employment.
