Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, the ability to influence others to achieve new levels of success, a knack for teaching and mentoring others, and a strong proficiency in leveraging data to drive sales and improve efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership and Training
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the sales skills of team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in sales techniques and performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use data insights to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Oversee the agency's digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and generate leads.
- Help oversee content creation, including SEO-influenced topics, scripts, etc.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the sales team.
- Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline sales processes and reduce administrative burdens.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs promptly.
- Experience in a sales role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong ability to teach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive sales and operational improvements.
- Experience managing digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing software tools.
