Office Administrative Coordinator

Servpac Inc. is a dynamic company seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, receptionist duties, and mail/package management
- Manage inventory and process orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the office facility, including scheduling vendors and managing maintenance
- Process customer returns and assist with project coordination, scheduling, and orders
- Support the Billing Team with Accounts Receivables, customer billing requests, and collection calls
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- College degree preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Professionalism, including dependability, accountability, and punctuality
