Job Overview

Servpac Inc. is a dynamic company seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, receptionist duties, and mail/package management
  • Manage inventory and process orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the office facility, including scheduling vendors and managing maintenance
  • Process customer returns and assist with project coordination, scheduling, and orders
  • Support the Billing Team with Accounts Receivables, customer billing requests, and collection calls
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Professionalism, including dependability, accountability, and punctuality
