Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at ProService Hawaii. As the first point of contact for clients, employees, and vendors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and maintenance.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room setup and audio-visual equipment.
- Provide administrative support to departments, including data entry, report generation, and phone inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing to optimize costs.
- Assist with employee travel bookings and track expenses.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with office administration and facilities management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly organized, with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to absorb new information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Adaptability and a willingness to thrive under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A reliable team player, with a focus on building strong relationships across departments.
