Senior Business Development Manager

At OnPay, we're seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to join our Partner Channel team. As a key member of our organization, you will focus on building long-term relationships with accounting and bookkeeping firms that utilize OnPay's payroll solution. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and become a trusted advisor for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster close relationships with assigned book of Advanced & Elite Partners to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Develop a thorough understanding of OnPay's product and service offerings to provide effective solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, research new opportunities, and implement sales strategies to grow the business.
- Operate with little oversight, be an executor, and build trust across the Partner Channel.

- Possession of a strong problem-solving attitude with a passion for helping clients use OnPay's technology more efficiently and effectively.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with superior interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency who can work with various types of clients.
What You'll Get:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
