About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the F&A services market.

Responsibilities
  • Selling outsourced accounting and finance solutions to multi-unit operators in various sectors such as restaurant, retail, auto service, and wellness.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with CFO-level decision-makers to generate pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilizing industry expertise to position our clients' offerings as strategic solutions that meet the evolving needs of their customers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
  • At least 10 years of experience selling to CFO-level relationships, with a proven track record of success in the F&A services space.
  • Strong understanding of target verticals, including restaurant, auto service, retail, and wellness industries.
  • Ability to self-generate pipeline through creative thinking and networking skills.
  • Executive presence and financial acumen to effectively communicate complex solutions to senior-level executives.
  • Experience with strategic deals exceeding $250,000.
