Position Summary:


We are seeking a personable and customer-focused Wellness Center Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for assisting others in feeling relaxed and revitalized.

As a Wellness Center Coordinator, your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing appointment schedules, processing payments, and providing general assistance to the wellness staff.

You will also have the opportunity to promote and sell wellness products and services to guests, making a background in sales advantageous.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality or wellness industry

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Basic computer proficiency, including experience with booking and scheduling software

Sales experience is a plus
