We specialize in pediatric speech, physical, and occupational therapy, serving families across various regions with a team of over 40 dedicated professionals. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will collaborate with a team to ensure seamless operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing phone communications
  • Scheduling appointments for patients
  • Inputting patient information into our systems
  • Registering new patients
  • Processing payments and financial transactions
  • Coordinating with clinical staff and external partners to enhance patient care
  • Delivering outstanding customer service

Additional tasks may involve filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and other administrative duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR PATIENT CARE COORDINATORS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time Patient Care Coordinator position typically involves 40 hours per week.
