- Staff Management: Build relationships with local educational institutions and competitors to identify potential new hires. Oversee the interview and onboarding processes for new team members. Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss updates and initiatives quarterly. Assess staff performance and collaborate with management to implement performance improvement plans when needed.
