Comprehend process workflows and strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Have substantial experience in manufacturing and operational environments.

Oversee the delivery of IT services across Infrastructure, Business Systems, and Shop Floor Systems.

Manage ERP functionalities, implementation strategies, and support frameworks.

  • Deep knowledge of industry best practices, compliance regulations, and legal standards.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and their relevance to business operations, including advancements in Artificial Intelligence.

Oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software selection processes to ensure alignment with business needs.

Address cybersecurity risks, solutions, and mitigation strategies.

Manage budgets and IT resource allocation methodologies to ensure transparency in IT service consumption and associated costs.

Oversee IT Shared Services, including Service Catalog and Help Desk delivery models.

Experience in accounting or operations is advantageous.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Experience with D365 is highly preferred.

Proven ERP experience is essential.

Strong decision-making capabilities and relevant business experience.

Over 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles.

Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities.

Ability to collaborate effectively as a leader.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
