Territory Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Marcone HVAC. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling on new and existing assigned customers to drive sales growth, promotional activities, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
