Division Administrator for Idaho Department of Health and Welfare

We are seeking a highly skilled Division Administrator to provide leadership and oversight for the Division of Welfare at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, and program development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer strategic direction, planning, oversight, delivery, and accountability for division activities and programs.
- Participate in the Department of Health & Welfare's executive team to ensure the goals for the Department's mission are implemented.
- Provide direction on department-wide issues including organizational structure, program, policies, and resource allocations.
- Build and maintain relationships with Department divisions, community partners, elected officials, courts, law enforcement, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in public administration, business, social/human services, or similar field.
- At least five years of experience in an executive leadership role and demonstrated leadership and supervision experience of professional staff.
