Position Overview:
As an integral member of the Final Assembly team at Sensata Technologies, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of our advanced power conversion systems. Your responsibilities will include the meticulous integration of components sourced from various production teams, ensuring that each unit is ready for the final testing phase before delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
On a typical day, you will:

  • Utilize engineering documentation to identify and install subassemblies accurately.
  • Execute wiring and mechanical tasks in accordance with electrical schematics and engineering blueprints.
  • Verify that all units are fully assembled and meet quality standards prior to advancing to testing.
  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly is preferred, but we welcome candidates at all experience levels.

Work Environment:
This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, with flexible start times. You will be working in a manufacturing environment that requires the use of standard personal protective equipment.

Physical Requirements:
The role demands physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning objects weighing up to 40 pounds, as well as pushing and pulling heavier items. You will also need to maintain constant movement and engage in various physical activities throughout your shift.
