Job Title: Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Refined Technologies, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to lead our business development efforts and drive growth in the chemical cleaning segment of the refining industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Create and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the refining industry and its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our company remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
