Business 2 Business Sales Opportunity

At AtWork Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business 2 Business Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target new and existing clients for additional business
  • Contact prospects for business development and targeting sales
  • Identify prospective client's needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collect detailed information from current and prospective new clients
  • Develop and deliver formal proposals to clients
  • Work with the marketing department to complete submissions and selection of new prospects
  • Introduce the inside team to clients and direct them to the inside team for service-related calls
  • Stay informed of all client service and possible issues, and help resolve as needed
  • Stay up to date on renewals of contracts with clientele
  • Attend sales meetings and obtain production reports
  • Promote the company and products in the community
  • Keep informed of industry developments and training meetings on new products, etc.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
