Business Development Representative

**Job Overview**
AESSEAL NORTH AMERICA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to drive business growth and expansion within the company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leveraging your existing networks and defining new business networks to enable sustained partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience
- Strong understanding of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and pipeline growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a high level of energy, drive, and enthusiasm
