Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at AtWork Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
