Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at AtWork Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver formal proposals to clients.
- Account Management: Stay informed of client service issues and resolve them as needed, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry developments, training on new products, and best practices.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
