Inbound Sales Development Representative

EvenUp is a rapidly growing venture-backed generative AI startup that ensures injury victims are awarded the full value of their claims. We're seeking a talented Inbound Sales Development Representative to play a crucial part in nurturing inbound leads and qualifying potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated through various marketing channels
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and challenges
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and account executives
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Develop a strong understanding of EvenUp's product, market, and ideal customer profile
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong listening and questioning abilities
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A passion for sales and customer success
