Role Expectations:
Our Inbound Sales Agents are characterized by their high energy, engaging personalities, and competitive spirit, complemented by a strong work ethic. Our bustling Call Center exclusively manages inbound sales inquiries, providing an opportunity to earn substantial commissions in addition to base wages. Furthermore, our representatives are eligible for monthly raffles featuring premium prizes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls from clients seeking moving services.
- Exhibit self-motivation and initiative.
- Thrive in a Call Center environment.
- Demonstrate basic computer proficiency.
- Maintain high energy during calls and possess the ability to confidently close sales.
Qualifications:
- Consistent punctuality.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background screening.
Compensation Details:
- Hourly wage ranging from $14 to $17, plus commission.
- Agents typically earn between $20 and $25 per hour when commissions are included.
Employment Type: Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
