Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Healthy Foundations Group, LLC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and performing various administrative tasks.
- Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Marketing and Outreach: Assist with marketing efforts, including sending out flyers and thank you notes to patients and providers.
- Intake Coordination: Coordinate patient intake, including familiarizing yourself with provider preferences and availability.
- Program Coordination: Provide administrative support to our clinical program director(s), including accurately relaying and collecting information from patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Office Operations: Assist with office upkeep, including ensuring the office is neat and organized, and ordering/stocking supplies.
- Education: Some college credits required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Health Care Administration, or similar field preferred.
- Experience: Working in a medical office environment preferred; intermediate to advanced experience producing deliverables using Microsoft Office software suite required.
- Certifications: Must possess and maintain HIPAA certifications meeting state of Maryland and federal requirements.
