WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Oversee and execute resident service requests, including general repairs, plumbing, and maintenance tasks.

Prepare units for prospective residents by completing standard checklist items established by our corporate office.

Maintain equipment both within the building and in individual units by adhering to a year-round preventative maintenance schedule. This includes tasks such as power washing common areas and conducting unit inspections for signs of leaks.

Ensure our grounds and amenities are kept in pristine condition (including pools and outdoor grilling areas).

Communicate with management regarding any potential safety hazards on the property.

Conduct site evaluations with maintenance leadership to ensure compliance with safety policies and standards.

Participate in our on-call emergency repair service rotation.

Monitor inventory levels and procure building materials and supplies as necessary.

Compensation:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour

with an annual performance-based bonus.

Qualifications:

WHO WE SEEK
A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a multifamily setting.

Strong background in HVAC systems.

Experience with refrigeration is preferred.

EPA Certification is required.

CPO Certification is preferred.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.


Maintenance Learner – You possess at least one year of general maintenance experience, ideally within an apartment complex, or have a foundational understanding of repair tasks.

Meet the Physical Requirements – You are capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed and performing repairs as required.

Problem Solver – You can accurately assess situations, make sound judgments, and act swiftly.

People-Oriented – You strive to deliver an exceptional experience for each resident and ensure a positive maintenance interaction.

Multitasking Expert – You can stay focused while managing multiple service requests.

(Preferred, but not mandatory)

HVAC:
repairs, cleaning, replacements, etc.

Plumbing:
repairs, part replacements, installations.

Carpentry:
repairs and installations of doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.

Painting:
drywall/plaster repairs, painting tasks.

Electrical/Appliance:
lighting, wiring, power circuits, switch replacements, etc.
