Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute resident work orders, focusing on general repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all equipment, both within the building and in individual units, is maintained in optimal condition by adhering to a year-round preventative maintenance schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain the aesthetics of the grounds and amenities, including pools and outdoor areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and procure necessary building materials and supplies.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a multifamily setting.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in plumbing repairs, including parts replacement and installation.
- Experienced in painting and drywall/plaster repairs.
- Knowledgeable in electrical work, including lighting, wiring, and circuit replacements.
