Our journey began with three individuals in a modest cheese shop, and we have since expanded to a workforce of over 4,300 employees.

At our manufacturing facility, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to drive our operational growth and enhance our maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Maintenance department by establishing and sustaining programs focused on technical training, safety protocols, quality assurance, communication, performance recognition, and employee development to optimize productivity.
  • Oversee the tasks of Maintenance Supervisors, Purchasing Agents, Storeroom Supervisors, Planners/Schedulers, and the Reliability Team.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, promote employee development, and foster engagement.
  • Build and nurture strong collaborative relationships and a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of company and plant policies.
  • Integrate diverse information sources and priorities while considering future business needs.
  • Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, including assessing equipment requirements, troubleshooting reliability challenges, and developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Manage maintenance processes to guarantee maximum equipment uptime, adhering to company specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the MRO process to ensure the availability of spare parts, components, and tools required for maintenance through effective ordering, forecasting, and inventory monitoring.
  • Collaborate with production teams to adapt to changing production demands.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and cost efficiency through effective scheduling of maintenance operations and workforce management.
  • Lead the safety initiatives within the Maintenance department to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Equip employees with the necessary training, tools, and equipment to perform their jobs safely.
  • Manage the Maintenance department budget, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • A minimum of 5 years in progressive leadership roles.
  • At least 2 years of direct supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment theory, electrical operations, advanced process controls, power generation, hydraulics, pneumatics, thermodynamics, welding, machining, and maintenance scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a related industry.
  • Experience in dairy, cheese, or food manufacturing is preferred.
