Position Overview:
The individual in this role is accountable for the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall care of the facilities and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Embody and uphold the Core Values and operational principles of Career Systems.

Conducts routine cleaning tasks within an office environment, including dusting, window washing, and rearranging furniture and equipment as necessary.

Sweeps, mops, and shines floors while also vacuuming and performing spot cleaning on carpets.
Disposes of waste materials appropriately. Aids in the movement of equipment and furnishings within the center.
Handles minor repair tasks and coordinates the servicing of office machinery and utilities.
Transports individuals as permitted. Ensures that all tools and equipment are maintained in optimal condition.
Participates in mandatory training sessions as required.
Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Essential:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Preferred:
At least one year of relevant work experience

Skills:
Must hold a valid State driver's license. Capability to obtain and sustain CPR/First Aid certification. Proficient in the operation of power tools.
