Key Responsibilities:
Guidehouse is collaborating with the U.S. Department of Transportation to perform an organizational evaluation and execute changes in response to newly enacted legislation.
Develop and oversee a project portfolio that aligns with revenue expectations and operational strategies.

Conduct client meetings, interviews, or workshops focusing on critical areas such as:
strategy, organizational structure, budgeting, personnel, processes, infrastructure, and technology.
Work synergistically within a team to create solutions that address organizational challenges and enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness while engaging diverse stakeholders to reach consensus.
Lead the creation of deliverables that effectively consolidate information into actionable recommendations for client

business process enhancements to current programs.
Offer change management insights to clients.
Craft communications and executive presentations for agency leadership.
Manage client relationships, including interactions with Senior Executive Service and political appointees.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and quality assurance to junior team members.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in business process analysis and enhancement, transformation and strategy, facilitation, and workshops, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in creating communications and executive

presentations. Candidates should reside within a reasonable distance to a Guidehouse office.
U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in federal consulting or engagement with federal agencies.
Experience with transformational initiatives.
