Position Overview:

As an Organizational Transformation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations. Your expertise in change management will enable you to analyze and improve business processes, ensuring that organizations can achieve their long-term objectives.

The Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate organizational change by understanding the intricacies of how organizations operate. You will assist clients in identifying their goals and developing the necessary strategies to reach them. This position focuses on delivering value through process enhancement and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your experience in strategic planning and execution to drive change initiatives.
  • Manage and execute large-scale projects, including workshops and events that foster collaboration.
  • Apply strategic frameworks to guide transformation efforts within public sector organizations.
  • Craft compelling narratives that influence key business decisions and major change initiatives.
  • Maintain eligibility for security clearance as required.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong skills in developing presentations and work products using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
