Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and recruitment, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
