Business Development Director

Imagine360 is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the self-funded employer group market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, consultants, and employer groups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized sales and marketing materials.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- 8+ years of sales and/or account management experience, with a strong track record of success in the healthcare industry.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of the self-funded employer group market and its dynamics.
